p88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "p88", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the p88 platform accessible at p88.my.
• "Platform" means the p88 website, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all services accessible via your p88 account.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the p88 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a User upon successful registration with p88.
• "Services" encompasses sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing arcade games, VIP programs, and all other gaming or wagering products offered by p88.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency for all p88 transactions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by p88 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, welcome credit, free spin, cashback, or loyalty reward made available by p88 to eligible account holders.

By registering an account on the p88 Platform, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions has been published, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the p88 Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by specific game rules, bonus terms, and the p88 Privacy Policy — each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and p88. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product only.

To register and use a p88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. p88 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, access the Platform, or place any wager.
2. You are registering and using the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
4. You are not registering from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under local law.
5. You do not currently have an existing p88 account, whether active, suspended, or closed. p88 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy.
6. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or have otherwise requested exclusion from online gaming services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued via SMS. p88 will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other channel.

You must notify p88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. p88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

p88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, used for fraudulent activity, or operated in a manner contrary to the spirit of fair play. In such cases, p88 may freeze account balances pending investigation.

You may close your p88 account at any time by contacting support. Pending wagers and bonus wagering requirements must be settled before a closure withdrawal is processed. Any account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy handling under p88's account management procedures.

p88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your p88 wallet following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

p88 does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which p88 has no control over or liability for.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and matching your p88 account details.
• Third-party deposits — funds deposited on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited.
• p88 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods if AML concerns arise.

Withdrawal requests from your p88 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your p88 account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your own name. p88 does not issue payments to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• Active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.
• p88 may request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of routine AML compliance procedures.
• p88 does not impose arbitrary withdrawal caps on legitimate winnings from verified accounts.

p88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all p88 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus-derived winnings are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or systematically extract value from bonus offers — including through coordinated multi-account wagering — constitutes bonus abuse.
• p88 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All sports bets placed on the p88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the betting section:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• A bet is confirmed only once a bet reference number has been issued and the amount deducted from your wallet balance.
• In-play (live) bets may be suspended or refused during game events at the discretion of the p88 trading team.
• p88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to human error or technical fault. Affected bets are refunded in full to the account wallet.
• Where a match, event, or market is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the specified settlement deadline, all relevant bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet placement interface. p88 may apply individual bet limits to accounts based on betting patterns.
• p88 does not accept bets on behalf of third parties. Syndicates, professional betting groups, and coordinated wagering ring activity will result in account suspension.

All casino and game outcomes on the p88 Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physically verifiable real-world events conducted under international studio supervision.

p88 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot and RNG casino games are published by the respective certified providers and are available upon request.

Live dealer games are subject to the house rules of the specific studio providing the stream. Where a technical disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the result recorded by the studio's system at the time of disconnection.

p88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from network interruptions on the User's side during a game session. If a game round is incomplete due to a server-side technical fault attributed to p88, any affected wager will be refunded to the account wallet.

p88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all account holders via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds per defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the p88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

p88 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming measures — including deposit limits and cooling-off periods — to any account where internal monitoring identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour, without requiring prior consent from the account holder.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any activity contrary to anti-money laundering legislation.
• Using automated bots, scraping tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or manifest pricing errors.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or coordinating syndicate wagering to circumvent market limits.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security checks.

All content on the p88 Platform — including but not limited to the p88 brand name, logo, visual design, software, source code, game assets, odds data, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of p88 or its licensed content providers.

Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any p88 content without prior written authorisation from p88. Unauthorised use of p88 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p88 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform maintenance, technical faults, or third-party payment provider delays outside of p88's reasonable control.
• Any User's reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform prior to confirmation of a bet.

p88's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits p88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by p88's gross negligence.

p88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud, money laundering activity, underage gambling, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending wagers and deduction of any bonus-derived funds not meeting wagering requirements will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the p88 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure does not entitle the User to a refund of any already-settled losses.

In the event of any dispute relating to your p88 account, bet settlement, or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact the p88 support team in the first instance via live chat. p88 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint procedure, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under p88's international gaming license terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which p88's gaming license is issued. By using the p88 Platform, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes not settled by the above procedures.

p88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a notice on the p88 Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the p88 Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately stop using the Platform and notify p88 to close your account.
